Deliveries only happen on Sundays. Our drivers leave by 3pm and most deliveries are completed by 7pm. You'll receive a text when the meals are en route to your home.
Our order cut-off is each Wednesday at midnight. This allows us enough time to order adequate supplies and be prepared to prepare hundreds of ready-to-eat meals on Sunday.

Step 4. Login with your email and password and you'll be able to view your upcoming orders, pause and skip!
Note: Meals must be skipped on Monday by Midnight.
We always recommend freezing a handful of your meals if you are planning to eat them later in the week (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). You will see a symbol of a snowflake on the bottom right-hand corner of the label for meals that are “freezer-friendly.”
When you are ready to eat your frozen meal, you can leave them in the fridge to defrost for a few hours, or use the defrost setting on your microwave for 5 minutes. Now you will be ready to heat for 2 minutes (or until hot)!
Nope! All of our fresh salads will have a symbol in the bottom right-hand corner that says “Use First.” In order to maximize the freshness of the meal, we recommend using the salads within the first 3 days.
